We had a great stay in Florida. I felt like I was at home. The beds were comfortable and I loved how clean and comfortable everything was.

Great place for family vacation. Highly recommended

The house is exactly as described and how the pictures show. The host was very responsive when we encountered an issue and the repair team was organized to come fix it. We paid for pool heating for our 7 night stay and it was worth it. But please do note that it takes about 2 days to warm up, so if you’re staying a shorter time period, you may not be able to enjoy it.

Exceptional experience in our stay! The host was very responsive in all matters. The unit was extremely clean and organized. I would highly recommend staying with this host.

The area was not bad because its close to alot of different eating places and not too far from Universal Studios and Disney. The furniture needs to be updated and I know its personal preference but the mattress in the master bedroom was too hard and I could not sleep on it.

Had a great stay! The home was very comfortable for our party of 7…couch and stools were very cozy. The hideaway club was great for the whole family and a super quick shuttle ride. Great location with Target and restaurants a stones throw away. Everything was very clean and comfortable. My only feedback was the QR code reader at the gates for entrance never seemed to work…not just for us but everyone was having difficulty. Pool area was great! Perfect for the kiddos and loved sitting out on the lanai having my morning coffee.
We look forward to booking a future vacation with Dulce and her team!

Amamos a acomodação, os anfitriões muito gentis e sempre muito prestativos.

Very convenient to get to the Disney World Parks. It also had a Walmart, Target and Publix down the street for all of your needs. Place was exactly as described. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Location

It in fact is NOT a 5 bedroom property as one of the rooms was locked off and not pre-disclosed. The place is a bit run down. Broken curtains and closet doors.
The beds are hard as a rock and the pillows as thin as paper.
For everything they up charge you including the use of the bbq grill ($60 to be exact).
Not very comfortable to say the least.

Not even a salt and pepper shaker in the kitchen. The bare minimum
I have stayed at so many vacation rentals in Florida and at least they have something stocked in the kitchen for the guests. And more than 2 bags for garbage. It was a bit ridiculous.

Claims to be a Disney themed house. It was one wall with Nemo in one bedroom. Just basic.

House/decor is beautiful. Host responsive. However, there was black mold on the ceiling in the upstairs hallway. Master bathroom sink/shower would not drain properly. Pool was green, host said it was due to rain, we live in Miami also have a pool, it doesn’t turn green due to rain if kept up with. Beds are extra firm. Overall super nice house, convenient location, but this won’t be a place we re-visit.

We encourage our guests to report any issues promptly so we can address them immediately and improve your overall experience, we would love to help you however this was reported just before your check out. Tivemos muito problema com entupimento da pia , fizeram manutenção mais retorno o problema . Área a piscina com iluminação muito ruim. No mais casa muito boa , localização boa . Parabéns

A casa tem uma ótima localização, mais infelizmente a limpeza da casa é muito ruim , cabelos nos banheiros e cama (achei um adesivo de preço da Tjmax em baixo das cobertas) os espelhos e vidros do box sujos , banheiro sujo, geladeira suja , muita poeira nada e tirado do lugar para limpar, cadeiras com gordura e farelo , pia suja e com cheiro desagradável , sofá não dava pra usar está muito sujo . Nos ofereceram uma limpeza mais não aceitamos .

This is a large townhouse in a gated community. We could walk to the club house where we enjoyed the larger pool, lazy river and water slides. It was close to shopping, parks and restaurants. The property has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms which was great for a group of 6. Open concept with kitchen, dining and living room with ample seating. We would recommend this property.
