Our stay was the best! The place was very clean, spacious, and peaceful. Exactly as described. Every evening during sunset, we would sit on the patio and be greeted by a duck and her baby. I would highly recommend this listing. The host communicated everything we needed to make this a successful stay. I would not hesitate to book again!

Nice place
I accidentally left my wedding ring on the table next to the lamp in the master bedroom and the cleaning crew said they did not find it which they did because I know where I left it. I knew exactly where I left it and communicated this to the owners for a few days. Something so precious‼️

We take all guest concerns seriously and investigated the matter thoroughly. Unfortunately, our cleaning team didn't find the ring during their cleaning, and other guests checked in shortly after your departure, making it difficult to determine exactly when it was lost, we can't blame anyone on this matter, because we can't have proofs or the certain that this item was left on the property .

Everything was amazing. My family aw well as my self stayed for a few days, and we loved it. Very clean , area was beautiful. Just had one issue with the door lady. She tried to refuse guest that was listed on the reservation, and called them “you people”. We are African American so I didn’t know how to take that. Did advise a supervisor of the issue but other than that everything was absolutely beautiful. Definitely recommend!

We reached out to Dulce after midnight after having an awful check-in experience at an Airbnb nearby. We are BEYOND grateful that Dulce was so responsive and allowed us such a late check-in. The space was beautiful, pristinely clean, and we felt so cozy. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you again for being such wonderful, accommodating, and kind hosts. We will absolutely return!

From start to finish, we got all the support and help we needed from Dulce and her staff. Also the place is really nice and comfortable, hi-speed WiFi, big TVs, comfy beds and shower. We were also provided with sheets, blankets and pillows, towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwashing and clothing detergent. Plus: really close to Disney and Universal parks. We had a great stay, I strongly recommend it!

The apartment was mostly as described pictured in the listing. I think the issue we had are more the fault of the company Dulce uses to clean the apartment than with Dulce & her team.
But when we arrived in the late afternoon, there was a stained sheet on the bed the main bedroom. The sheet could not be replaced until the next day. Later that night, my wife found a hot in the bed that did not belong to her.
Dulce’s team was quick to respond before, during & after the trip. The apartment had a few damages to couch pillows and the couch it self but that did affect our stay. Otherwise, the apartment was great for our family.
Again, out of Dulce’s control but the Storey Lake pool/lazy river area gets very crowded when there are many people renting houses at the community.

Great main level unit. It worked perfect for us getting to and from Disney. Wal-mart and Sam's Club are close by also. I found a long hair on the kitchen counter but that was all. I don't know what happened the day of check-in but we received like 20 emails. It is a very comfortable unit and it all worked out great. It would have been nice to have some ice cube trays and another hair dryer in the main bath. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks.

We had a lovely stay here for the most part. The communication of the host was excellent and the place overall was very clean. The kitchen was perfectly filled with all that would be needed. The rooms were spacious and cozy. It was conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and parks. However, there was a musty dingy smell and feel to the master bedroom carpet. The drawers in the master bedroom also smelled very musty and mildewy every time they were opened. There needs to be a hair dryer in both bathrooms. It was inconvenient to share. The other two rooms need drawers for clothes as well. The shred bathroom toilet was wobbly and loose from the floor.

Hermoso departamento en planta baja , 3 dormitorios con Tv en cada uno , dos baños grandes , muy buen sistema de climatización y la atención y cordialidad de Dulce y su equipo hizo que tengamos una gran estadía . Muy recomendable . Solo hay que tener en cuenta que es un alojamiento ideal si contas con un vehículo . Sino no te va a servir .
Hay al menos 3 supermercados a menos de 5 minutos en auto y está 8 minutos de Disney .
El predio es muy agrande y lindo , tiene pileta y el departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario y más , para tener unas vacaciones excelentes !!
Súper recomendado !!
