This home is very nice. It is fairly new and in good condition. The kitchen is stocked well with pans and kitchen utensils. The washer and dryer are great. The pool is great for a quick dip.
The Publix grocery store, Walmart, and Target are very close. Disney is a quick 10min drive. Universal Studios is around a 30 min drive. Outlet malls are also close to home. Overall, the house was great, good location to everything, and we would definitely return to this location.

We really enjoyed our time here. The home was clean, a short drive to the Disney parks with minimal traffic, and the pool was perfect! We loved how quiet the area was even though there were a lot of other homes in the area. It also felt super safe which was great with our small kids. We will definitely book here again for any future Disney trips!

I can’t say enough about our stay at this magical house. From the incredibly comfortable beds and pillows to the ample amounts of towels and all the necessities you could need for a week. It was a quiet house-we couldn’t even hear our kids in their room when we were in the living room-which was great! Access to two fantastic clubs made it great for us to pop in another pool after our park visits at the end of the day. It truly felt like a five star resort. Their responsiveness and easy instructions were very much appreciated. The space allowed our entire family of four and grandparents to have their own space and get together as well. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Thank you for an incredible stay. What a gem!

Great new, clean, quiet… rental was perfect! Wasn’t able to check in early and was charged for leaving 40 minutes late!

Regarding the late check-out fee, it was necessary to schedule an additional cleaning crew to ensure the property was ready for the next guests on time because the delay on your check out, thank you for understand. Dolce was very responsive and helpful.
However a few things:
1) location is listed to fit 11 people. In reality it’s only 8 (1 bunkbed (2 people) 2 queens (4 people) 2 twins (2 people)).
2) the pool heater did not work at all. If the weather is going to be on the cooler side DO NOT REQUEST HEATER. The heater may be bad quality and takes a Very very long time, we are talking about a week at least to warm up. Dulce does know this but will not be transparent. When asked about this they said it takes time and out of their control.

Regarding the occupancy, we want to clarify that our listing accurately states that the house accommodates up to 11 guests in comfortable beds. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
• Bedroom 1: King bed (2 guests)
• Bedroom 2: King bed (2 guests)
• Bedroom 3: Full bed + Twin bed (3 guests)
• Bedroom 4: Bunk bed (Full over Full) (4 guests)
• Total capacity: 11 guests
Additionally, prior to your arrival, we proactively informed you about the extremely cold weather, likely the coldest in Florida due to the northern snowstorms. We advised that the pool heater might not be able to reach your desired temperature, as it cannot run continuously for 24 hours. Despite this, you chose to proceed with heating the pool. While the heater was functioning, the extreme weather conditions prevented it from achieving the expected temperature.
We regret that this affected your experience, but we always do our best to provide transparent communication and set realistic expectations. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under better weather conditions.

We found ourselves at home. The property is very cozy and comfortable. It has everything we needed for a family with 2 kids and 4 adults: clean and spacious rooms, very well equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa to relax.
It also has a nice place outside, but could not enjoyed fully because of the weather. The community is very peaceful and pleasant - and very secure. Would definitely come back!
