I enjoyed our stay it was about 30 minutes or more away from SeaWorld and aquatica I liked that I didn’t have to take I-4 to get there.

Dulce place was located in a great area. Easy to get to and from Disney attractions and avoid lots of traffic. The house was also close to one of the clubhouse’s walking distance. This was great because this was less crowded. The house was spotless and easy to check into. I will definitely be staying here again.

Nice place, convenient location. Nice amenities loved the club house. Host was very friendly and responsive. The only thing I would request is extra blankets.

My family absolutely enjoyed our time at Dulce's home. Everything was exactly as pictured and they were extremely helpful. They responded very quickly. Check in was definitely a breeze. 10/10 I would book their home again.

We decided to stay here for our trip to Disney as the house offered a short drive to the park. Overall the home was clean but had a few stains along the walls. Next to the main sliding door is located a power outlet, well when it starts to rain, the wall around the outlet becomes extremely wet leading to the belief that there is a water leak either in the roof or walls. It rained all 5 days we were there.
There is a pool but when we showed up it was not clean. A pool maintenance guy showed up and walked through the back patio entrance with no notification from either the gentleman or the owners.
There are no cleaning supplies and the owners provide 4 trash bags and 2 dishwasher pods. Keep that in mind if you plan on staying for an extended period or cooking as we did.
There is an extra fee for cleaning, grilling, and the heated pool.
Overall for a family of 5 I would recommend either using the money for a hotel

We include the first cleaning with the reservation, but if the guest wants to have an extra cleaning during their stay, this must be an extra service. Had a great stay with my family.
Sadly we are required to pay extra for the pool heating which wasn’t clearly advertised. So my nephew wasn’t able to enjoy the pool.
If we knew that pool heating is not included prior to booking, we could’ve looked for another place. We were only informed about the pool heating fees after booking.
Also, future guests and new guests should be informed that the entrance gate is divided into two. One lane for checkin guests and one lane is for returning guests. The signboard is very small we didn’t notice. So we had to make a U-turn and queue again. The entry to the complex gets busy during peak hours so guests should be aware of that.
Other than that, everything went well. Enjoyed the TV on every room, comfy living room, complete kitchen appliances and utensils.
Had a great catching up with siblings after 13 years.

We really enjoyed the stay. The house was nice and clean and as described. One thing that would be god to let people know is where this home is located there is a pool and lazy river and splash pad besides the main one at story lakes.

Great Stay – Exactly as Advertised!
This place was perfect! Super clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. Check-in was easy, and the host was really responsive and helpful.
The location was great—which made getting to the parks super convenient. There were also plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The space itself was cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Overall, I had an awesome experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
