This place was very clean, accessible and convenient. Large couch to crash on after a full day of Disney!

The Apartment has everything you could need. The furnishings are quality and it was very clean on arrival. Beautiful to sit on the balcony in the sun in the morning. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

A perfect home away from home-we are a family of 5 and loved the layout of the unit with ample room. The place was spotless. We enjoyed both the clubhouse with lazy river, pool and gym and the pool closer to the unit. It was very close to disney parks (15 mins drive) and universal (25 mins drive).

We had an amazing time! The entire resort had so many great amenities, there was always something to do! The apartment itself was extremely clean, and exactly like the photos. I would 100% stay here again!!

This is a wonderful unit located in the Storey Lake development in Kissimmee, FL. You are just minutes from Walt Disney World property. You are closer to Animal Kingdom and the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex. The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Disney Springs are just a bit further (under 20 drive from unit). Storey Lake is wonderful. There is feature pool that includes water slides and a lazy river. The clubhouse also has a wonderful workout facility and a restaurant.
The unit is nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable. The unit was also quiet and we could not hear the neighbors or noise from the parking lot. There is a sleeper sofa in the main space in addition to a great sofa and chairs in the living room. Finally, Dulce and team are very responsive and welcoming.
This is a GREAT alternative to the overpriced accommodations at Disney or the national chains. We will stay here again.

The resort was stunning and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the lazy river, and our balcony had a fantastic view of the pool and the beautiful lake. The location was convenient, with attractions close by. The only issue was the entrance gate, which had technical problems, causing cars to wait for several minutes daily. That aside, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Everything looked exactly like the photos. I would absolutely stay here again.

This place was nice. The balcony was over looking the lake and you can see the waterpark. However, three blinds were missing, the vent in the kitchen was hanging. Took a few pictures of the walls, patio that had wear and tear/dents throughout and sent it to the host within 24hours. I was mostly disappointed about the blinds missing because this condo was expensive and I think they should have been replace immediately before next guess checkin. Our flights was canceled due to the hurricane and the host and cohost answered all my questions and concerns. Next, I received a bill of $40 for 2 towels, 2 face cloths and 2 pillows cases that was damaged. The holes was already in both. I did not see one of them until two days later. Unfortunately, I did not open each towel my first day to expect them. I am aware of the orange stain on one face cloth because we bought new rags and it was lay on top of the face towel and the dye stain. But I don't think it's $40 due to we purchase our own.

Unfortunately, the specific color was unavailable at the time. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused, though we didn’t anticipate it being a major issue for you. In reference to the kitchen, there was no event in the microwave area. The filter located underneath the microwave, which helps with venting, was slightly loose, but this is something we clean regularly and did not notice at the time. We regret that this caused you any discomfort. Lastly, upon your checkout, we noticed towels with hair dye stains. While we understand that this might not have been expected, we would like to kindly recommend bringing your own hair-dying supplies in the future to avoid any damage to the property’s linens. We truly value your feedback and will continue to work on improving our guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive, typically responding in less than five minutes if we had any questions or concerns and we were right slam near everything we came to do. Disney was 15 minutes away in which was the whole purpose of our trip and Publix and Walmart was right around the corner. The apartment was so clean and spacious and everything was provided that we could have possibly needed. I definitely recommend staying here!

Bright, well-kept condo! Condo had everything we needed — dishes, towels, hair dryer, etc. So nice for our teen son to have his own bedroom instead of sharing hotel room. Right across pond from community clubhouse. Easy access to restaurants, Target, Wal-Mart. Good walking/running paths. Quiet complex. 10-15 minute drive to ESPN for our daughter’s dance team competition.Property owner/host was very responsible to my few questions. Check in instructions were very clear!
