Overall the villa was very nice. Plenty of space in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was smaller than it looked and there were a ton of
Spider webs on the chair outside and all over the top of the inside of the screens on the pool enclosure. That should be cleaned before guests arrive. I cleaned a lot of them, but it was a little overwhelming. The power went out for a
few hours, but the host responded quickly. Other than those little things which didn’t stop us from having a good, the place is very nice.

Amazed with the place. Everything was great and super clean. I wish the pool wasn't a fee to heat being that it was still kinda chilly and it was super cold so kids wasn’t able to enjoy.

Our stay was wonderful. Place is squeaky clean! The house was perfect fit for our family of 7 and looks exactly like the pictures. Dulce and her co hosts are very responsive, communication was excellent. Definitely a place on my visit again list.

The whole experience since we arrived has not been to our satisfaction. First of all we are not a family to complain. We love traveling and we do this often and we have not ever encountered such dissatisfaction. We used the pool at the condo which by the way was very dirty. When it was time to take a shower and get kids ready in the shower, there was no water in the condo. We had to contact the owner who had to contact the water company and asked us to wait for an hour for the water company to arrive. She offered us to move to another smaller condo but after we had waited a whole hour for the company to arrive. That same night we slept in the condo with an AC at 77 and we could not regulate it. My kids and myself were sweating and restless all night. And last but not least we knew check out time was at 10 am and as we were getting things out to the car, there was a cleaning company with the people standing there just staring at us as we were putting things and kids in the car, making us feel very uncomfortable.This has never ever happened to us before in any of our stays. I would never again book a trip with them. They are either new and inexperienced or simply do not care about their guests.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the recent water outage due to the storm, there was a water problem in the street, we did offered relocation even so you were agree in waiting and for our surprise the problem was fixed in less than two hours, so we understand the inconvenience but we did not expect the service company to fix it so quickly.
Regarding the air conditioning, we appreciate you following our recommendations to keep doors and windows closed and the unit configured properly. This helped to address the issue efficiently, and you were able to resolve it without requiring a technician visit, even when we offer to send him as soon as possible, but since wasn't a problem with the A/C just with the configuration you solved this and told us that you didn't need one.
We apologize if our cleaning staff arriving at 10 AM caused any inconvenience. We understand that this may have been unexpected, even when our check out time is at 10am. Our team has specific schedules, and they were following their usual routine because they had a transport that left them on the unit on time, but we can assure you that they were waiting patiently outside .
We also want to assure you that our intention was not to pressure you or make you feel uncomfortable. We value your understanding and appreciate your patience.
