Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The kids had immediate access to the pool in the backyard, and during the day, we visited the community amenities! The only thing that was somewhat of a nuisance that was at no fault to the homeowner, was the evening traffic getting past the security guard. But we came during a holiday weekend, so that was to be expected. The location overall worked perfectly for our family getting to and from the parks. The restaurants and shopping centers being so close was a lifesaver as well. Everything looked exactly as described in the pictures.

This was my first ever a Airbnb I booked with my family. It was very impressive. Pictures described it to a T. The host was also very responsive with anytime I sent a message. Would definitely book again at this location!

Fantastic place to stay for a group trip, perfect alternative to a hotel as you still have plenty resort amenities and vibes. The hosts were very responsive and made us feel like nothing was too small to ask.
For future guests I would advise that the location isn’t walkable to any shops or entertainment. Although there are multiple pools and clubhouses within the resort these are all a drive away (when the weather is hot). There is free transportation within the resort but please be prepared to tip.
There’s also a target and other shops and restaurants just outside the resort.

The place was very clean and nice. Also the team was responsive. However, the photos of the swimming area are not the same as the ones in the website and doesn’t have slides in the pool. Please note that the location surrounded with nature and has a lot of small lizards in and out side the house

Our stay at this Kissimmee Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing the ideal setting for our family of five. The kids loved the pool and the proximity to Disney World, while my wife and I appreciated the quiet neighborhood and cozy atmosphere. The host was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond to any questions we had and offering great local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for families looking for a hassle-free vacation!

We had an enjoyable stay at Dulce's place. The bedrooms and linens were fresh, the house smelled good and it was in a great location. Above all else, the communication was superb. Dulce and her team were very responsive. My only suggestion would be to provide an additional roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, especially for guests staying for just a couple of days.

Condo was nice and as described. Plenty of room. Located in a huge neighborhood of cookie cutter condos. Community pool was nice with lazy river and bar etc. Location of condo to pool was pretty far and not walkable. Had to drive each trip. With several people and 1 car it didn’t work well for us. Other than that it was nice.

We decided to stay here for the close proximity to Disney.
All Disney parks are approx 20mins drive away and in close proximity to plenty of shopping and restaurants.
The house was immaculate and was even better than the photos. There were four of us and we had so much space. The home offers everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable.
The only downside is the entry gate for the community. We found getting back in the evening would take 30mins due to the build up of traffic at the entrance gate.

Overall, happy with the accommodations with the exception of a few details. First, this unit is within a gated "community" and it appeared a majority of the units were being rented on a short-term basis. Every evening the gate attendant was overwhelmed, especially on weekends beginning Thursday-Sunday with a line of cars exceeding 50 inline to enter the gates, so be ready to wait extended periods of time to enter the community. Second, during my three week stay a new set of vacation/party goers would check in next door. Every weekend was full of excessive noise and disturbances. There is an "on call" security company onsite, but I never had any luck with them being able to enforce the "quiet hours" that are posted. I would never stay in this community ever based on noise disturbances. The management company was responsive to my numerous noise complaints throughout my stay but never had any luck suppressing the noise which caused allot of tired days as I was staying here for work

The property was beautiful, clean and the staff was friendly, quick to respond to my needs and fixed any issues efficiently. My family really enjoyed our stay, it was in walking distance of our other families home, so we just parked and walked.
The limited parking and the check in process. I had to put my patience pants on to get through the gate. Maybe during holidays, have more than one person for checking in. I really felt bad for the person at the front gate, people were being so mean, rude and disrespectful to her. I’m just glad, I was able to get in, she let me know how about an error on my reservation and how to fix it, so that my husband and son, (who weren’t able to drive up with me), could get in without being detained at the gate. I really appreciate her for that.

The house advertised as modern and clean. It was modern but poorly maintained, and cleanliness was a major issue. The living room couch was heavily stained, looked filthy making it unusable. The stairs and carpet upstairs had hair bunnies and plastic tag strings, showing that the property hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. While the hosts sent a cleaner the next day, the issues with the couch required a deep cleaning that couldn’t be arranged during our stay.
Several items were in poor condition, including a squeaky bunk bed, a missing microwave part, a broken knife, and heavily scratched cooking pans (later replaced). Communication was also frustrating—incorrect info about the New Year’s celebration left us driving around trying to find the venue.
The hosts were polite and responsive, but the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and accurate communication made this stay disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

Lovely home! Perfect layout for a crew of 5, giving everyone their own space/privacy. The home was very neat, clean and clutter free. Modern, very comfortable environment. Nice start off amenities: toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, etc. Easy check in.
Host was very communicative. Instructions presented very clearly. Quick response time.
18-20 min drive from Disney properties.
Would definitely stay there again!

Casa exatamente como anunciada, confortável e limpa. Quando necessitei de alguma ajuda, Dulce e equipe foram extremamente rápidos.
Único porém foram os chuveiros , muito ruins, pouquíssima água saindo e para lavar o cabelo foi complicado. Mesmo assim, continuamos com nota máxima .
