We paid $65 to use the grill prior to arrival. Once we got there, I realized we didn’t need the grill anymore and I asked if a refund was possible. I was told yes as long as the cleaning team determined the grill hadn’t been used. The grill had a grill cover on it which we never removed it because again we had no use for the grill. After checkout, I was told by this company I could not get a refund because the grill was dirty and had been used. I asked them if they could pull cameras and explained the grill had to have been dirty prior to our arrival because we NEVER touched the grill. Needless to say still no refund. I highly recommend checking the grill prior to using it. Thank goodness we didn’t need the grill because we would’ve had to clean it ourselves.

Very beautiful home with all the annuities of home very quiet neighborhood…The kids would have rather stayed and played in the pool than go to Disneyland… The response with any questions was answered immediately will definitely come back if ever in the area…Much thanks to a wonderful get away with 4 little kids…

Great stay—perfect for an our four day stay. Everything compares to the pictures perfectly.
From time to time the security gate backups. Be sure to use the Old Vineland approach to avoid traffic.

Nuestra estadía en la Casa de Dulce fue muy buena. La casa es muy amplia, cómoda y nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de Disney y dentro de un condominio tranquilo y seguro. Toda la familia disfrutó mucho.
Sin embargo, hubo algunos detalles que mejorar: la vajilla fue insuficiente para nuestro grupo, el tostador estaba malo, el hervidor era pequeño y, principalmente, las camas, sábanas y almohadas fueron de mala calidad.
A pesar de estos inconvenientes, nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva. La casa tiene un entorno hermoso y es ideal para familias. Recomendamos mejorar los detalles mencionados para hacerla perfecta. En general, lo pasamos excelente y disfrutamos mucho la casa.

Unfortunately the amenities in this place did not completely satify what we were looking for.
The house was clean and very spacious. However, we mostly rented this place because of the jacuzzi, since we wanted to relax at night after having heavy walks at the parks.
It is not advertised that the jacuzzi works with cold water and that in order to use it as a normal jacuzzi you must pay a fee to have the water heated, very conveniently for them you must pay a minimun of 3 days for this service. After this unpleasant notice, we decided to pay for the service, however the jets on the jacuzzi never worked nor the heating service.
We left with an uncomfortable feeling of being obligued to pay shady extra services/fees to use the amenities that the house offer. like the pool service or the fact you must pay $75 if you want to use the BBQ Grill.
Last but not least, wifi on the house only worked the first night...

Your feedback is valuable,We regret your experience because you did not read the instructions of the additional services that we offered, kindly we understand that you missed the information and the same day that you report that you want the pool heating service we send our inspector to turn on the heater of the jacuzzi even we warning you in advance that the water couldn't get the desired temperature on the same day, because this pool requires some time for the water to heat up and that is why we recommend our guests to let us know in time so that the day they arrives the pool is already warming up. We recommend that, in order for you to avoid this type of experience, read the recommendations and instructions that we have sent to you since the day you booked. We confirm that the internet works correctly only that there were an outage in the entire area just after the huracan but the company fixed in a few hours. We strive to provide a relaxing stay, and we appreciate your understanding. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Sebastian.

Place was very clean and spacious for our family of 6. We didn’t have any issues with the house. instructions were clear. Response time was quick and helpful. Drive to Disneyworld was about 20-25 minutes. A lot of nearby stores. We did Walmart delivery and even though the app said the address was invalid the driver had no issues finding the house.
Our only concern was we paid to have the pool heated but the water was still too cold to swim. Not sure if the water never warmed up or if it was because of the weather outside.
Aside from this, house was great. Would book again

Dulce's place was very easy to find in a very central location close to Disney. The house was pristine and accommodated six Adults and 5 kids comfortably. The pool and hot tube were warm and ready for us. The hosts were friendly and super responsive.
We would definitely try to stay again at Dulce's place the next time that we are in Orlando. Dulce and team thank you for your hospitality.
