This property was wonderful. Clean and cozy! Very quiet and peaceful. Located near food places and shopping just in case you need last minute items.
Commute to Disney and universal 30 minutes or less.
Communications with the team was A1. She Always reply in a timely manner. I definitely will be returning.

Our stay was good. The place is new, nice, and exactly as described. The kids had a great time in the private pool and the area pools. The shuttle service to the Hideaway was nice since it is a couple of miles away. The Bronson club was an easy 5 minute walk and is very nice as well but does not include the slides or beach volleyball. The only thing I would change were the beds. I know everyone has their own preferences but we were all uncomfortable and the adults sore. Everything else was great. Great hosts and would recommend.

Overall, we had a great experience with this Airbnb. The host provided us with everything we needed for our stay and the location in Kissimmee was great as well. The community is very nice and had great accommodations with the clubhouse and pool. The only drawbacks to this place was anytime between 5 PM And 11 PM you will be waiting in line to get into the community because there is security gate. We waited as long as 25 to 30 minutes in line waiting to get in. It is a very popular community and suggest coming in from the south side of Nature’s Ridge Dr. Much less to no waiting time.

Great stay, beautiful place and great location. Suggestions would be to have some dish towels to dry the dishes. Checking into the community could be handled differently because lots of time wasted with the long lines. Otherwise, communication was great and no problems.

This home was perfect for me and my family. The home is like new with very modern utilities and decor. The entire home was very clean. Honestly the home still looks brand new. The appliances were very modern, like new. The host left extra towels and blankets which was great. Make sure to bring extra if needed.
I’ve stayed at several other Stores Lake Air Bnb’s but this one was my favorite. As other’s have said, initially there can be a little congestion getting through the security gate but I can appreciate it. They are trying to keep everyone safe. The home is a quick 3-4 minute walk from a newer pool area with splash pads, gym, bar, cafe, and lazy river.
Every room has a TV. The pool was great for when we just wanted to relax at home instead of being around crowds. I didn’t have many questions but when I did ask, the host was very quick in responding. Had to check in about an hour early and the host was accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice location, home as described! However, be prepared to have uncomfortable sleep, as all the mattresses in the home is awfully hard. Reading a past review, I was hoping it was addressed however NOT the case. Also, AC upstairs is very warm in the evenings, the thermostat will not allow you to adjust. Host attempted to assist, however it became not worth the trouble with the constant pics required and last unclear instructions.

Nice and Well maintained. Very clean. Keep in mind if you are traveling with a big family or just more people, you will definitely need to bring your own household essentials. The pool area is nice, well maintained. The right burner on stove would often turn up and down on its own so just look out for that. I would give this place a solid 8/10 (Keith Lee voice)

O lugar é lindo, o resort é muito bom. A casa é espaçosa, porém banheiro e roupas de cama não estavam muito bem limpos. E infelizmente o aquecimento da piscina não foi resolvido a tempo, mas ela nos reembolsou por isso e foi sincera conosco.
Fora a questão da piscina, tudo foi muito bom.

Fica bem próximo dos parques . O condomínio é bom .
Já fiquei em várias casas e nunca tive nenhum problema . Essa parecia de brinquedo . Entupido a privada de dois banheiros . E sem jogarmos nada em nenhum . O ar nao esquentava o suficiente para os dias de inverno que estava fazendo . Os chuveiros da casa acho que seriam suficientes para três pessoas na casa no máximo . Porque estando em 5 e somente 4 tomando banho de manhã , sempre uma ou duas pessoas tomavam banho frio . Eles nos disseram para esperar entre os banhos . Mas tínhamos que sair . Não dava tempo . Sempre os funcionários respondiam rápido a tudo . Mas não desentupiram os banheiros . E nem consertaram o chuveiro . Só falaram para espaçarmos mais entre os banhos .

As for the hot water, our team thoroughly inspected the water heater and confirmed that it was functioning correctly, with the appropriate temperature and resistance levels. We advised spacing out showers to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone in your group.
The air conditioning system in the home is fully adjustable, allowing guests to set the temperature to their preference. We regret if it did not meet your expectations during the colder weather.

El alojamiento es hermoso; comodo, bien decorado y se encontraba limpio a nuestra llegada. La distribucion de las habitaciones y baños fue ideal para nuestra familia; cada uno tenia su espacio. Las camas son blandas de resortes. Aunque preferimos las firmes, fueron aceptablemente comodas. La parrilla funciono perfectamente. La cocina es hermosa y, como posibilidad de mejora, podrian sumar pava electrica y cucharas de postre. En cuanto a la piscina, calentandola dos dias antes de usarla, funciona bien. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el termostato pero tanto Dulce como su equipo dieron respuesta inmediatamente, fueron amables y resolvieron el tema a la brevedad. Hay estacionamiento en la puerta siempre. En cuanto al barrio, es realmente tranquilo, ordenado y tiene espacios comunes que vale la pena visitar pues tanto la piscina, como el rio lento, juegos infantiles y gimnasio estan en excelentes condiciones. Volveria sin dudas a reservar este alojamiento. Gracias a todo el equipo!

really enjoyed our stay. comfy beds, plenty of towels, really nice amenities. the pond in the back was great. watching the gators, birds, ducks each day was a lot of fun. Will stay here again if in the area.

Great place to stay with a big family. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Small walk to the pool and lazy man river. They have a private pool but it costs the renter to use it as well as the bbq. Found that too expensive! Very clean. Needed some kitchen supplies, which they were happy to get.
