Dulce's place was great and suited our family needs. They were reaponsive and helpful even we needed something days after we had checked in. The place felt like home. Its beautiful and felt very safe.

A casa é ótima e a localização também. Infelizmente a água quente dos banheiros não se mantinha quente após o terceiro banho. Como estávamos em 9 pessoas, tinhamos que ir tomando banho aos poucos. Mas isso não estragou a estadia que foi bem boa!

La casa es igual a las fotos. Es muy cómoda, limpia y bien cuidada. la ubicación es buena. La pasamos muy bien con mi familia, en general la casa tenía todo lo necesario para unas buenas vacaciones.
La atencion del Host es muy buena, preciso y claro con sus instrucciones. Muy organizado, responden rápidamente. Definitivamente volvería a este lugar.

Excellent stay. The house met our needs and made our stay very enjoyable. We appreciated being able to cook and do laundry. We loved the small private pool! Communication was prompt and very clear and helpful. Thank you for everything and we plan to stay here again in the future!

It took some time for us to find a place for our teens to have a great vacation. Dulce never mentioned how wonderful the f amenities that the resort had to offer. The pictures of the house does nothing for the beautifully decorated home. Clean, refreshing and kid friendly. The pool was a bit small for what we are used to so we didn't us it much also we were not a fan of paying so much for daily usage, however our 6-year-old could care less of how cold the water was. We walked daily feeling great smiling every morning of the community, clean, safe and quiet. The restaurant is okay, and the resort pool is very, very nice and friendly. I must say Disney was our second choice once we checked in and moved about.

I was very happy with my stay. The home is very comfortable just as subscribed on the listing the furnishings are updated. The decorations are beautiful. I felt very at home large comfortable space. The community pool and vanities are also great with the host was seamless.. The only downside was the pool which was a little smaller than expected, but it was perfectly fine. I think it was. It may have been a confusion on my end. I would recommend the family and friends.

Nossa estadia foi ótima. Apesar da casa ser geminada, não tivemos absolutamente nenhum problema com barulhos e incômodos de vizinhos. A casa estava bem arrumada e limpa quando chegamos e as instruções de check in foram ótimas. Encontramos todos os utensílios necessários, incluindo cadeira de alimentação, berço e pratos e talheres infantis, o que foi ótimo. O único problema que tivemos foi com a internet no primeiro dia da viagem, e toda a equipe foi muito cordial e proativa para a solução do problema o mais rápido possível. Além disso, toda a equipe foi muito atenciosa com a nossa família e se colocaram sempre a disposição para nos ajudar durante a passagem do furacão Milton. Com certeza indicaria para amigos e outros familiares.

Great home. I booked a last minute trip and unfortunately the system rented out a unit that was not ready to move in. The host immediately issued us an upgraded home for the week. Great experience

The house is very nice. Lots of space to spread out. We had a couple of minor issues which were addressed quickly and efficiently. If there was a downside, it would be the commute to and from the theme parks. It isn’t necessarily far, but the traffic made going 8 or so miles a 30+ minute affair each time. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.
