Nice place, lots to do nearby. The only issue we had was the unexpected additional $20 fee required for gate access cards when you arrive. You have to purchase them, otherwise you will be unable to get in and out of the property during your stay.

I was happy with the place for the price we paid. It was close to Disney and was secured by 2 gates. The only real negative thing I could say is the matresses weren't the best. Overall we were happy with our stay.

We were in town for our daughter dance nationals and checked in after a very long day at nationals. The community is beautifully landscaped and secured by two gates, once we got inside to inspect everything. I found there was hair and stains all over the master bed, the shower liners in both upstairs bathrooms were nasty and the shower head looked moldy plus they don’t provide wash towels only drying towels. I immediately mentioned it to the host and let them know we weren’t comfortable with the condition of the bed and bathrooms and asked if they had another property they could move us to. She responded and told us she would send cleaners first thing the next morning and they didn’t have another property for our dates. We couldn’t shower like that so I went to the store to purchase shower liners so our family could bathe. We didn’t sleep in the master bedroom until the next day when the cleaner came over to change all the linens and replace the shower liners and shower head.

If you are going to Disney then you can’t get much closer. The amenities at the resort are very nice as well. You have to get past two gates to get to the condo, so this makes it very safe.
The condo was clean and spacious for my family of five. However, the pictures showed a comfy chair and a couch in the living room. When we arrived there was only a couch. This made it impossible for everyone to relax in the living room together. When I contacted the host I was told the previous guest broke the chair the week before and a new one was ordered. Either way the chair should have been replaced/bought and set up before we arrived.

We had a good experience at Dulce's place. She had all the right amenities to make our stay comfortable. The only thing we did not like is that in the Master bedroom the sheets were not washed. We also prefer white sheets in every bed room.We told Dulce about the the dirty sheets she apologized and offered a one day pass at a Resort to use their amenities. But we were not able to use that pass.Luckily Dolce had a reliable dryer and washer that we used to wash all sheets and pillow cases before we lay on them.Other than that, the place was nice and spacious and we enjoyed our stay.Thank you.
