This house was perfect for our trip! Everyone had enough room, and it was just as described. The kids loved both the pool at the townhouse and the community pools that we had access to. The community is right off of I4, which makes it a perfect place to stay for any of the parks. The team was responsive any time I had a question before and during our stay.

The house was great, the staff were amazing fast response even on a Holiday they were always very helpful! The only issue we had was the community gate was hard to scan at night and a little frustrating but besides that it was great location! The inside turf field, basketball court and playground was great for the kids! Definitely recommend!

There was no kettle in the kitchen, I had two small kids that I had to prepare formula, and when I asked them, they said the previous guest had broken it and they have to order which would take 3 days and even to the last day we still did not receive it. The heated pool option was also not available because their inspector did not work for two days and they couldn’t set it up for us. Overall, the place is really clean, however their kitchen pans and pots are worn out and the host responds quickly but doesn’t actually solve your issue, they stall you. Not happy with the host and how they handled our issue overall.

I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the absence of a kettle. As soon as you informed us, we immediately ordered one and shared the details, but unfortunately, the shipping delay was beyond our control. As a mother myself, I understand how important it is to have essentials for little ones, which is why we ensure the home is well-equipped, including pots that could have been used to heat water.
Regarding pool heating, your reservation was last-minute, and as stated in our listing, we require advance notice to arrange and turn it on, with a minimum of three nights of service. We regret that this impacted your experience and truly value your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
