The townhouse was BEAUTIFUL as shown in the pictures ! The neighborhood had 2 water parks ! House was beautifully clean , would stay here again if I had to !

The place was fine, when we got there there were some spots on the floor that were sticky and the bathtub had hair. I found the water from faucet and shower a bit smelly. But overall the place looked good.

Just stayed at Dulce’s place for 1 week and it was a great place to stay with a toddler!
Condo was beautifully decorated and more spacious than it even looks like the photos.
They had a highchair, kids plates and cutlery, pack & play, baby gates and even plugs for the outlets. So highly recommend if travelling with young kids.
The kitchen had all the pots and dishes you would need. Only thing I would suggest is to buy spices and oil if cooking at all. There was only salt and pepper.
The Retreat pool and kids water area is right behind the condo! You can see it from the patio and only a 5 min walk. They do play loud music from 8:45am to 9pm but it didn’t disrupt our day or toddler sleeping. Instructions could have been better for The Retreat & Oasis club. Make sure you have a QR code with your name and ID and no snacks.
Overall this was a great place to stay and would stay again! Very responsive and helpful during the storm. Only disappointment was the pool closing very early

My stay at this location was decent but it had its up’s and downs. Let’s start with the positives.. the location is in a gated private community, the host is responsive to any requests we had, the house was clean and we had access to two different clubhouses with two very nice pools. We had all the amenities we needed for our trip. The negative.. Loud music plays nonstop from the early mornings into the evening that comes from one of the major clubhouses. There’s a noise ordinance where the music is only supposed to be playing from 9am-9pm and almost every single day the music started playing before 9am and well past 9pm. I complained to the host multiple times and was told to contact the security on the premises. I did and they did nothing about the noise. The host did not address the situation at hand and told me that it was “noisy neighbors” playing the music when it was coming from the clubhouse. If you’re on vacation and want lots of sleep this is something to be mindful of.

Dulce’s home was very fun and cozy! It was very neat and clean. My son said this house was the best place he has ever stayed at! We can’t wait to come back and visit/stay!

Amazing time at such a perfect place. We a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless and Dulce and team had great communication. The thoughtful touches of the Home made us feel right at home. Beautiful Decor. Highly recommend!

The place is great. Very spacious, centrally located, lots of amenities. The best master bedroom bed I’ve ever slept on. Little details like a few packs of coffee/tea would’ve been nice. The bath towels are those hotel like tiny ones, I’d invest in some large towels but besides that everything was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Our families 2nd time staying here and we loved it again! It’s great how close of a walk it is to the pool (maybe a 4min walk). Clean place. Plenty of room. Great price. And close to Disney!
